Whip I have been looking at buying/building step bars for mine. I know once winter gets here I will end up on my ass. I parked mine over a rut and I was not sure I was getting back in. Getting out was a surprise. I would have loved to see you fall out of that thing (without getting hurt to bad) but drunks bounce good! I bet the wife was laughing! Then asking herself, why did I marry that?

Carl its a 2 wd. The price was right. May use as a work truck. I only drive 3 miles to work and don't like firing up the diesel for such short runs every day. I will have to post pics of the new project. I have gutted the inside. Nothing like stale smoke and dirt smell. Drove it off the trailer and could smell that shit on the clothes the next morning in the hamper, in the closet with the door closed! Power washed the carpet and seat last night. Going to hit it with the carpet cleaner still smells just 80% better.  May pull the dash to clean the air ducts. Spec it is beautiful BLUE! Granted it has some rust freckles. Good running 4.3 OD trans, has air not sure about working. A kick as AM/FM cassette radio, no drivers door panel, busted back window. Did I mention the price...... just come and get it was the deal.

Yes there has already been discussion on making it a sand truck! Funds do not allow for that right now. DS is ready to cut it at the back of the cab and 4 link it. Not sure what we would to get more travel out of the front. Have not found anything but lift spindles for the 2wd s10.

Strated to think rock crawler. Put 3/4 ton drive train in it, cage.... Dam A.D.D.
