There's a guy at Ls that has done just that. Works damn well. removed the axles and tied it down.
Thats it tied it down? He didn't bother making brackets to bolt the camper to the trailer? I was thinking of taking a 24' inclosed cargo trailer and making a wall in between the garage and the living quarters. make a false floor for the black, grey and water tanks. and run wires in for 110 outlets. Suppose by time you got doing that you could just as while of bought a toy hauler.

I forgot about that. What was it again? I may be in need. What's the primary and what's secondary. I'm a bit lost on what you mean exactly.

I might just buy an old school bus and turn it into a buggy hauler. I here you can license the bus as a RV. wonder if thats true? Wonder if I could make a double decker for the buggys in the back?

Lots of people have done it. Don't know about the double decking thing tho.

I know you can rv most anything in Michigan. Your state may vary.

I see double decker trailers all the time. There are a few at Silver lake that they load a buggy on the to[p then winches actually pull the top up and it locks in place. Then a buggy goes below. There are four or five that have made these.
Your mission isn't to dive feet first into hell, but to make sure its crowded when you get there.

I did see one that had been shortened by cutting out the mid section of the body, leaving the frame stock length, and reattaching the rear body section to the front that looked pretty good with about a 14' flatbed area behind it.

Just courous? Thought maybe could make front part camper. And take the back windows out and fill them in with sheet metal and make inclosed buggy camper. then again if I can find a 20' trailer and put a pop up camper on it. Just looking for options.

those toy hauler pop ups or SO MUCH OF A WASTE OF MONEY. 1 most of the time the trailer does not have enough for much more then a quad or maybe two never a decent sized buggy. i will look for pics of my old conversion but we had i think an 8ft wide by 20ft we had a old Colman pop up i believe it was around 1986. the trailer had side walls around 1 and a half feet of the bottom of the trailer. we took the Coleman took the axle off sawed everything flat and picked it up spun it and welded it onto the trailer. it was amazing. for 1500$ we had something you could not buy for under 14000. its pretty redneck but it worked. the door opened on the flat bed and the beds when the pulled out opened up on the sides of the trailer. the 1.5ft gap under the trailer was good because we stored all the riding gear bags suitcases everything under front 5ft of the trailer and that left 15ft for toys. when it rained we had an ez up that we set up over the trailer. was really nice.

DS and I both did enclosed trailer route. 24 ft is a bare min in my book. I have 36 ft and wish I had gone longer! 40 would have done 2 rails with living quarters. I left the whole trialer open. So I could use all the floor space going down the road. I can haul 2 rails. But no room for a shower and craper.

I have 43 feet inside the trailer and it's a tight fit.for all my crap. No such thing as too much room. Might be too much trailer for the tow vehicle though! LOL!!!!
