Ya they were...I was gonna paint the chassis black with green components ;D
I just love those green tires b:1 10: jj: mm:
I prolly won't be finishing it cuz I can't get in or out of it without help,
I like to ride alone...
I want to build a long travel crawler like Baloo's buddy only no in thru the top...With reverse, E-start, And a higher cockpit, the 750 was/is a go fast no frills unit desined only to haul some serious ass thru the woods, comfort was not really an issue 80 to 90mph speeds down tight trails was ;D and to be reliable ;D

I understand. :(

I do like the Baloo idea, thinking Suz sammari, or old jeep axles to keep narrow for the woods.

woe thems bright tyres them is, do they come with sun gasses, why they so greeeen  ? are they for tree huggers or sumate,

so you want a crawler like marks  but with a door then,  me too, l was thinking about having my roll cage full width so as to have more room in the cab,  might even sqeeze an occasional seat on top of the subaru engine since its so low,     its got to be suzuki sammy axles unless you can find some that are lighter ?

The sammi are very popular here for a cheapo rock crawler.

Spec has done quite a few of the swingarm buggies.I'm betting he'll let you in on the details.

 Buginator,
The cantalevered control arms will work as a swing arm, tyieng the 2 arms together, with a chain down each leg for long travel INDY...Since I only use sled power I run a jackshaft in front of the motor and an inboard brake,
In the 1st pic if you remove the crossbar, it will go indy with 2 chains, so 18'' of travel in a car that is however wide you want it to be is easy. I prefer a swing arm, I like a flat cornering car...The drive is really quite simple, Extra long jackshaft keyed or splined on both ends with a couple of collars to hold the secondary clutch in place and walla...
Next pics show how I do it as a swing arm
