Title: '89 kawasaki 750 emissions junk

I just got a '89 kawasaki ninja750R.  Can I just fab a cover over the air valves on the head, plug off the vacuum lines, and throw all of the emissions junk away?

Yes, as long as it is JUST the emissions crap.
