T man I have stopped at the local dealers and they got nothing. They all say used ones are rare, everyone is going to the larger rims.

Try Jeep forums, specifically JK, TJ or YJ forums (wranglers / CJ style).  Those guys love 15" rims, (the 15" "Soft 8" is one of the more popular rims actually), and 33"-35" are very common tires for rock crawling with semi-stock suspension or a mild lift.

Another thought, what's the metric equivalent?  I ask because I had to do that on my F150..

Wanted 35's, but only wanted to level it, not lift it. 35x12.5-R17 were too big and rubbed hardcore.  325x65-R17 is basically the same size as a 35x12.5-R17 but didn't rub (its actually like 34.8" or something, not true 35").  Not sure what the numbers would be for a 15" rim, or if its even an option, but I figured I would mention it..

My buddy who suggested pirate4x4 says they come up quite often.  So keep checking their classifieds.  I noticed it was like a page or two of listings just for the current day, so they have a TON of traffic.

Might even want to post a WTB thread on there, see if people have em but just haven't listed em..
