Its a common phrase here when we want to emphasise a statement made by us or by others... basically it means "Farkin Oath Mate". If put into english it further means 'upon my oath, thats definately true'.

(question) Gee that truck was big wasnt it? (reply) K'in oath mate! Which means .... "yes that is true"
