Hey Voodoo, I got my sprocket from www.SprocketSpecialists.com
They have just about any kind of sprocket that you would need.  I made the hub from 3/16" plate and a weldable hub from Tractor Supply. I cut the plate with the plasma machine to cover the sprocket bolt holes, drilled the holes out in the plate, and welded it directly to the hub.

The center shaft is a 1" shaft with 1/4" keyway.  The hubs are 1" bore with 1/4 keyway also.  The shaft itself is starting to deform around the keyway causing slack in the sprocket hub to the axle hubs.  I have TIG welded the sprocket hub directly to the shaft.  This is holding for now but you can not give it a wide open throttle from a standstill or it will spin the key right out of the keyway and break the weld.  I am going to change the center shaft to a splined one very soon.

I have built a few rails with Kawasaki's, Yamaha's, Suzuki's and and one Honda. it has been my experience that smaller than a 13 tooth countershaft sprocket will wear very very fast. on the rail I built with an '03 R1, I used 13/62 tooth with a 12" tall rim 10" wide with the blaster 26's. also I always ran RK brand O ring chain, the standard RK roller chain would get hot and stretch alot and then cool and shrink back most of the way. when this happened the chain would try and throw as I was cornering, again were talking about a lot of stretch. the O ring chain never did this.
just thought I would throw this out there in case it helps.

Thanks dsrace for the help, but I'm using an o-ring chain. I kinda think it was a combination of a lot of different things that made it come off. The chain got looser as the day went on.  Also when I jumped the hill, letting off the gas caused slack in the chain and then getting right back into the gas it spun off.  Also I read somewhere that when jumping its better to put the clutch in on the landing to ease the pressure on the driveline.  That makes sense to me when the engine countershaft is turning a certain RPM and then when the wheels hit the ground they come to a slower speed abruptly, that put a serious load on everything. Is this right to assume?

I believe that's the general  consensus.
"There can be no divided allegiance here.  Any man who says he is an American,
but something else also, isn't an American at all.  We have room for but one
flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is
the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a
loyalty to the American people."
