I purchased my plans on ebay. Just type in gokart plans. I think for about $20 they can be shipped to your door. I have purchased plans for several buggy designs some good some not so good. I believe the Bandit plans to be some of the most comprehesive ,certainly for the price. I like to get ideas from other plan sets. After all it is your buggy you can do what ever you wish. For the record i did not design this buggy. The designer lives in Canada.He is a nice guy he will help with any difficulties which may arise. I have to say some the fab work here on this site  blows my mind. It us truly amazing.

he still hates them. Honestly I think they likely perform plenty well but I think you'd agree that if best is what you're after then a well designed doulbe a arm will outperform a single a arm setup.

You can use russels upgrade to the piranha the double aarm. or not
