CV, axle, hub, bearing pictures

Hubs are 5 on 4.5, 33 spline. 5/16" thick laser cut plate to weld into suspension uprights. 28" 28 spline axles. About 18" from straight out to CV binding on axles.

These are the 'F-150' CVs people have talked about. The hubs also work with EMPI 930 micro stubs which would in turn use the same axles.

If those axles are overkill:

5 on 4.5 hubs, 26 spline, 20" 25 spline axles. About 13.5" from straight out to axle bind.

I cut the stub off the inner CV and weld this flange on to mount to gear box.

I made some similar rings to do the 930 pattern. I did not put the holes in because the CV itself needs to be notched on the mill. I will do the holes at the same time.
