Maybe ,just maybe,SOMEDAY I'll learn-Stay Away from EMPI!!!!  The little drill guide in the second pic is  made from a piece of .750 drill stockis just a 3/16" center hole with a 9/16" counter bore to center the drill bit on the bolt flange. After drilling to below the bolt shoulder,remove the guide and use a 23/64" bit to bore out most of the bolt leaving a thin sleeve that when struck with the chisel breaks off easily and cleanly.Empi shit is so soft a regular bit drills them !!!!!
