Doug Heim, that was my guess. that is the only dune I have ever seen footage of where the whips are mounted on the nose of the rail. there is a younger guy up that bought one of my rails used from a guy in oklahoma. the customer I built the rail for was 6'5" tall and the guy that bought it, I believe is 5'8" tall. he told me he had to do some mods to make it work. he also said he has seen a number of jumps 20' off the ground but I have yet to see any footage of it. here is a pic of the rail, maybey you have seen him.

I havent seen him but I hope to someday soon. Id like to get a good look at the machine myself. We need to plan a get together where alot of members can somewhat try to make the trip.

Silver Lake Michigan right?  885 mi from here.  ;D :P  How many acres is it?  Of course Glamis is 1301, and I have been there, so I won't rule it out.  ;D  216 to Waynoka, but mapquest doesn't know the shortcuts.....


Doug, Is that RC-51 power in the sand videos?  How does that compare to a four cylinder?  Sounds like it has some real snap!

Engineer, its not worth your drive, hell doug could drive to wyanoka with a few more hours than what he drives to silver lake....

according to the map it looks like it would be closer for Spec to go in the winter....  Drive right across the lake and save some hours.   ;D
