8 hole wheels with some paddles

I'm looking for some 8 hole wheels...Prolly in the 16.5" range with some paddles for the rear and some ribbed paddles for the front...Transman and I can't come up with a viable option for me to come to LS this fall










so I was thinking some paddles on the BLUEBERRY

Two ways to drive in sand,

#1 slow or fast with paddles

#2 fast w/o paddles

Spec is #2, so I'd say your good to go!!!!  rofl rofl rofl

Your really scaring me! Blueberry is very front heavy Spec. And its a one wheel wonder in the rear. FLOTATION!  I will not drive my new truck out to pull you out. We would be stuck together.  3: 3: 3: 3: 3: 3: bounce bounce bounce

Drop the air pressure in the tires to 10 psi and it will go anywhere out there likely (I do not know the big hills at Oklahomas Little Sahara Dunes) But test hill here at Silver Lake Sand Dunes is good sized and most trucks do just that and can fly up it. The actual pressure needed will vary but you NEEEED to see some sidewall flex. Anything over 15psi is wasting your time. 12 or lower is the norm!

I take my old ford f-150 out there and climb the entrance ramp in two wheel drive nearly every time without issues. 10 to 12 psi in the tires. I can get around fine like that only need 4x4 for the steep shit.

The lower pressure also makes for a lot smoother ride on you and the truck (Never a bad thing. Specially for Spec?)

Just don't get all cookie whipping happy (also called donuts) with the low air pressure and you will be fine.

Just in case thought take a jack and a GOOD stout wooden board you can place under it so the jack can lift the truck VS sinking away in the sand.
