Before I tear all of it off and go a-arms I put the camera on the Odyssey front suspension just for fun.
It seems that it is working better than I thought.

Biggest downfall I ever saw was the damn bump steer . If that was dialed out there wasn't too much wrong with it. Just like a trailing arm . Works pretty damn well.

Looks REAL similar to a VW beam?? Has anybody ever just narrowed a VW beam and then long traveled it for one of these? It would be awesome, they can get 16" easy with cheap stuff... OR get a frnt end from DS

It is all getting cut off and discarded in favor of an a-arms, rack and pinion.
Longer trailing arms might shorten an already short wheelbase, and the bump steer would be worse with more travel...yes? l. The steering arms are already touching the frame at full compression. The bump stops we put on mine( seen in the video) prevent them from damage.

Maybe this spring your front end will work like this. We'll have to get rid of your expensive shocks a use the old reliable $20 Ford air shocks !!
