Where can I find splined shafting? Also how can I make some rear hubs to accept the Splined shafting?

Ditto,Grob is high quality and a very good source for what he's looking for.

You did not describe what you are doing, but it may be easier and cheaper for you to use some off the shelf items like hubs from a FWD car or micro stubs.

I need 1" splined shaft for my Mini monster truck build. I fiqured splined shaft would be better than 1" shafting with 1/4'' keyway. Also need some way to make splined rear hubs. Motor is only a Honda 400ex.

What I mean about off the shelf is using for example 80 VW Rabbit hubs, wheel bearings and half shafts. The inner CVs are the type that bolt on. So you can make a center spool for those to bolt to and the rest is mostly off the shelf parts.
