Not too much  ;D.  I like to weld everything inside and out if I can.  Keeps the rust away.  Didn't get 'er done by midnite, but I did get 'er done.  Here's a few bad pics of a fairly decent paint job.  Remember me bitchin about my new gun?  It's in the trash now, I borrowed a binks from a friend.

maybe, but black goes with everything.  Just ask a woman...
And show me a color that won't show dirt, other than rust.

Yeah true, and ya right black does go with everything! What are you using it for? I mean I could go back and read through it to find out but I'm just too lazy... :)

It's easier to say what I won't use it for.  This will be my "go to" trailer.  The size is right, and the weight rating is right.  I won't haul my bike on it.  I won't haul any cars on it.  Everything else is fair game.  Scrap, lawn mower, construction debris, rock, building materials, bender, press, skid loader, etc.  Maybe even a buggy if I ever get back to it.  Or an RZR possibly.

Progress for the day, er, two days...
I positioned it as it will be mounted to check and make sure all my measurements are good.  Still have to get the bushings made and welded in, but it's coming along.

Got my cylinder shortened and the scissor finished and mounted in the trailer.  Sorry no completed pics of that, but I should have some pics of it up in the air in the next couple days.  Here's a pic of today's progress so far.  It's a mess, but damn close to done. ;D

well foook! 5:  I knew things were going too good...  So I get my wiring near complete, just have the toggle switches to hook up, but if I twist a couple wires together the wireless controll works.  So I try and run the winch and I hear the relays in the wireless box click, but not the winch relays. ::) So after a few minutes of messing around I find the problem.  The fooken wireless box throws out a 12v signal, which is to be expected.  What I didn't expect is that the winch relays need a ground signal, not power.  Not too big of a deal, but  I mounted the fooken relays to the bottom of the aluminum plate.  So it will take about an hour of work just to get to them. thumb down  I also found out that I put the fooken plug and Jic fittings in the wrong god damned ports in the pump, so now I got to switch them except I need a 12pt socket to fit the plug and I don't even own one. All mine are six point. :'(

Ok, so now a question, should I pull all my shit apart to switch the trigger on the relays, or should I just wire up a couple more to switch the sicnal and mount them in my toggle switch box?

Got my pump straightened out. ;D Now I just got to tackle that damn winch problem.

So from memory, #85 and #86 are the coil terminals on the relay.  Right now I know that one is piggybacked off the power wire and my wire is hooked to the other.  To change from negative to positive trigger, I just need to cut out the jumper and replace it with a ground....Correct?
