Wow! Sliding sideways on his front wheels!!! Bloody lucky it was on light snow.... I think that is a testiment to A/ the suspension set up and B/ the design of the front of the barwork not allowing it to 'dig in'.

great vid, now he just needs to clean out his underwear... ;D

p.s. also just thinking, what a dick to put himself in that situation in the first place... pre run the damn thing....lol

Well, Even a pre run is kinda foolish, hell the front tires were in the air before the rear suspension ever even loaded, yet alone unloaded on him...

without that rake i am betting at the angle he hit the front suspension would not have compressed and absorbed the hit, letting just the tire act as a bouncy ball...

I am designing the front wheels ahead of the nose...  That may have more to do with it than rake.

IMO the only reason he didn't endo was because of the nose not digging in.The nose being where it was and the HARD ground kept him from it.

I've seen a few other vids of this buggy and the thing is always in the air, and not often at normal angles, the damn thing is like a cat, always lands on its feet.  Crazy machine, love it.

And if you watch the slow-mo's, the front right suspension compress's quite a bit right away, so the design has something to do with it.  I've seen this thing do weird landings before without going over, so there has to be something to be said about it other then dumb luck.
