Thanks Spec!  OK, I am back at it...  It has been a long busy summer.  I DID exchange the chain for a Tsubaki 530, Sigma Gold X-ring chain, with 10,135 tensile.  One question is the master link....I have heard you should run a rivet style link v.s. the clip style.  Is there any truth in this?  I just want to do it right the first time.  BUT the chain I got does not offer a rivet style link for that specific one.  Would a similar streingnth rivet link work for that size chain?  Or am I thinking too much, and just run it.

A non rivet is just slightly less strong. Run it.

So, what kind of fuel capacitiys do you guys have.  My figures are getting me 5.3 gallons, but I could go bigger if needed.

Yes! closed end will face front of vehicle when master is on top run of chain.

Thank you sirs!  I know I owe you guys some pics...soon.  2 questions...what is a typical fuel cell size in gallons for trail riding, and small duning?  5-6 gallons?  ALSO, how much toe change is acceptable from full droop, to full bump?  mine toes out a fuzz at full droop, goes straight midway, and toes out at full bump.  I dont have any hard measurements, just the old calibrated eyeball for now.  Any thoughts?  anything to look for?  I just want to set it up right the first time.... 8)

Well those are good questions. Zer toe change is best of course but sometimes impossible th get . IMO,and there are many,is that a total toe change of 1/2" will not be felt in the sand. There are many of us that have near zero but I've seen cars with an inch or more. DO the best you can and strive for zero.

For adjusting the toe change I will start with adjusting the rack from front to rear to TRY to get 0 change...Here is a shot of the front....should the heim joints on the rack be somewhat in line with the upper and lower control arm piviots?

You're going to need a rack adapter before you start that will put the tie rod pivot points on a line intersecting the upper and lower a arm pivot centerlines. If you bought the plans there is a cad file/print for it.
