I like it. As an added bonus it looks more like an ugly YXZ than an uglier by far RZR/CanAm/whatever. Still has a CVT rubber band though. I'd like to see it thrashed hard in the sand and dunes for about an hour straight.
If they don't blow belts every day it is a good way to maximize torque transfer. Tuned right and the engine is always at peak torque.
I'm of the opinion that most blown belts are due to owner clutch "tuning" . I was at the dunes a few days last week and sat around listening to quite a few that were obviously WAYYYYYY off. The belts had to be smoking.
IMO,most think raising the primary engagement rpm is correct since they made all kinds of "improvements" that raised the rpm of peak torque but they overshoot and at peak engine torque they are slipping the shit out of it. Pure heat.
I forget now. What engine is in it?
