There will always be people to follow those types of people. 

Ya ,AND he has run his own car hard for 3 years with no cv maintenance and absolutely no wear in his cv's. Yup,uh huh,sure.

 . Well we both know there's wear in 3 years. Even the best grease cannot stop that.

I do have to say that I find his dune repair videos entertaining. On 2 fronts, not only the diversity of the different toys but the fact that people pay big money for patch/bandaid work to get one more day. I understand doing whatever it takes to keep going. Absolutely understand and respect that .....to a point.  In a lot of cases the failures were either due to an under built or lack of maintenence. I know GF charges well !  Several times now I've seen repeat customers ( in his videos)  that were still running on the patch job. Never stripped that area down to properly repair and reinforce both weak areas. That place is a true cash cow and I find that entertaining. All the used control arms for sxs's they sell and install that are bolt on parts. The lower a arm " strengthening kits" they weld on lol angle steel lol I've seen them spray seats with weld splatter.  Just find it entertaining.


When I saw unbreakable cv in the title , I had to watch as I know there is no such thing. There is always a bigger bullet.

 

The only experience I have ever had with G1 is the reverse box for bike engines.  Sand bullet used them in their builds. At first glance they are nice and appear well built. At a glance is as close as you want get. 

As far as their unbreakable cv's .... I have my doubts. I have never marked my axles when I've had them off. Never had issues. I have heard many say that and read that statement many times but I have never done so myself.
