fantastic pictures guys!! i was looking for some pictures yesterday. unfortunately the lap top i had most of them on was destroyed. i had been asked how long i had known glenn. i have not known him as long as many others and based on pics it looked like 2008. this is not correct as i do remember when he was still running that soon to be green rail with the short star v6 in it. fabbr is actually the one that introduced us while glenn was at dueces. there was a friend of there's over there that had a rail covered in carpet or fur.....or atleast he knew who he was.

there are a lot of stories about glenn for sure, there is one that had me laughing very hard.  he was up and going about 6 am as normal one morning at cowboy camp. he had a cup of coffee and was blowing the grey water out. i say blowing as it looked like a fire hydrant  rofl. park ranger pulls up and tells glenn, " sir, you cannot let your grey water out in the park", glenn said sorry, he didn't know that and he shut it off. i watched glenn stand at the edge of the road and watch the ranger drive off. he then walked back to the camper and ripped the vavle, smiled and continued drinking his coffee as we watched a river form  LMAO LMAO that must have been a 60 gal tank and full!  :m

E

everyone knows how nice Glenn was.
Well one day in Idaho he was trying to look back at his motor while driving slow just outside of camp. Well he hung it up on top of a sharks tail. (Top of the dune) So I went to help him get loose but I couldn't pass up a picture first.
This was the only time that Glenn ever flipped me off.   We laughed so hard.  LMAO

Glenn didn't want springs on his whips so they would be ridged. I watched him pull into his car trailer and break both of them off.  TWICE!
The second time I did fell bad for him....
He took the broken whips and put them in holes he drilled in the floor at the back of the trailer after he pulled out so he couldn't pull back in until he moved them and took down the ones on the car.

This was the first year I went to Idaho with Glenn. We both just built new Sand Sprite 6 cars. His had a bad ass Corvair motor and mine had a V-Dub he helped me build. I leaned so much from him.
Great times.....

I have only seen Glenn get stuck once, that was in the soft fluff at the top of a hill in Glamis.  He got wedged between the trees once, but somehow wiggled thru them with a little help.
