Pretty cool!  Not the best at either like so many things trying to do two things.  The flying part is my favorite.

It's cool to see fresh ideas, but for the money I would buy a RZR XP 1000 for off road fun and an ultra-light for off ground fun and probably save a ton of money. For some reason, I think the prop drive would take a beating off road. At 10K feet I wouldn't want to worry about how much off road wear and tear my flying mechanism took.
