At this time it all boils down to this:I have 2 yxz's,1 mid size busa buggy and one badass desert car. The yxz's are like my daily drivers that are not likely to break down and are solid back ups. The busa buggy has been really reliable and is pretty solid performer. The desert buggy is the least reliable due to the pretty radical N/A engine of choice but most fun. I got it covered for now.

Honestly,at this time, there are none of them that are robust enough to handle that kind of performance without constant PITA parts replacement and maintenance. Dinky cv's and axles are just the beginning. Driveshafts are prone to failure.Every single part on them are minimal size and they STILL weigh almost as much as my busa buggy that can take the abuse I have given it for what- 10 years now? I guarantee you that the sxs's would not have survived the same. BUT, for the masses ,they do make sense.

well that is the other side of the coin  ;D ;D   adding another 100hp let alone 250 more hp well that requires stronger control arm front and rear or links.....strong axles and stronger trans gears ( depending). the factory light bar then really needs to be changed out to a roll cage and that snow ball keeps on rolling until you have $10k to $20 thrown at it with the turbo kit. everyone in the buggy end of it are all guilty of that  too  rofl       many people do throw all that extra on there sxs's  and resale is still book value for most. the sign and drive thing wins out for the mass's and understandable why.

Insure it/drive the piss out of it/crash it/file insurance claim/repeat. What more can a person ask for?

The thing that just amazes me is the fact that many guys now are running MUCH bigger/heavier tire/wheel combinations on the dinky spindles. Then there is the minimal cages/frames.............Another thing is the piss ant factory belts that MANY will not upgrade when they up the performance. Honestly, this isn't going to end well for at least a few people.

the big turbo dyno video on the rzr 1000 is an efr 6258. now that is a factory turbo rzr and i think there only 949cc's but a 3 cyl however they do turbo 8k rpm. just an interesting comparison to a busa.
