I'll give you a rundown of my project. I am building a 150cc powered buggy for my son Brody, he is only 7, using 1" dom .095. I don't have any plans to follow, I'm just winging it. Next time I hope to have some plans to refer to though.

I got off to a fast start in the beginning then things came up. I am now determined to finish it soon.

I had some major bump steer in the beginning. I talked to Bug for a while and he helped me fix all of it. Thanks Bug! ;D
In this picture you can see why I had so much bumpsteer. That has been fixed. And here are my pedals.

Getting closer.

So I started in April and pretty much stopped in June. I started it again this week and I will post new pictures this evening.
Here is the steering rack I put on but it was too small so I made those ugly extensions until I can get a new rack. I don't think they will hold up, do you guys? Can I get long heims or just get a wider rack? I need it to be 15-3/4".

Looking good! Glad to see you are finishing it!

Here are some pictures from yesterday.

Well, I was able to get the caliper mounted... But now it won't start. I'll keep plugging away.
