For the vast majority of users EMPI is OK. HOWEVER!,I did buy 8 930 cv flanges from Empi about 4 years ago. 7 were just fine. Really good appearing quality and finish. The 8th one's spline was broached WAY off center and at an angle of approx 3*! One of the places they cut costs ,other than being cheap imported stuff, is apparently not having any QC people on staff. I'm still OK running some of the Empi stuff though. Only reason for mentioning this is so others will more closely inspect ALL manufacturers stuff and not just have blind faith in them. BTW,I've gotten some stuff from a very reputable USA manufacturer that was crap for QC also. I think others here have as well.
