Glad the car is working good.  210 sounds to be a bit much for a Subaru.  All the ones I run with including mine all run at about 180 to 190 max.  Tell me more about the fuel pick up issue.

If I believe I cannot do something it makes me incapable of doing it. But when I believe that I can, then I acquire the ability to do it , even if I didn't have it at the beginning.

Fuel pick up is no big thing.  Tank outlet is at rear bottom of tank.  Car on hill, rear bottom of tank pointing high.  1/4 tank and it was sucking air.

We will be doing 190 on 180 off - problem solved.

Sounds like a fun weekend!  Glad there were no big issues.

So how much more travel does this car have than the old one?

Beam to A-arm, Better shocks?  Sounds like it works much better for you.  ;D

about 6" more and bypass in the rear.  About 80 more hp. turbo is smaller so it spools better as well.  no real lag to speak of.  The old car had huge lag.

What turbo you got on this new engine Yummi?  Tell me more about this Jap motor you have in this car.

Car started out with 2.0 that was fairly well built.  Larger injectors, ignition, etc.  Apparently one day the air filter fell off.  So Jeff C. (Guy I bought it from) bought a 2.5 from Outfront.   He kept the 2.0 turbo on it after being rebuilt so it is technically a little small for this motor.  Suits my driving just fine.  No lag and that was my big gripe on the other one.  Too long to spool up.  This one just pulls hard.  But for the noises of the turbo such as BOV etc you would not really be able to tell it was a turbo motor.
