There trying to blowing SMOKE up some one butt.
I think transworks started making the intermediate housings and weddle started buying them from them with their name cut in it. Not a big fan of transworks anymore due to a few bad transactions.
Yes, but is NEEDS the racing gear carrier housing. Everything else is on the money.
The Weddle racing 300 M input shaft will to reduce the shock load to the gear stack in the transaxle.
It has it.
I hope you guys aren't overlooking that this is about the WEDDLE built 091 and not the TW one ,right? Did you notice the TW load bolt and thrust plate described in the link in the TW 091 thread?
The load bolt is a nice addition to try to keep the ring gear from pulling away from the pinion, that is caused from the main case flexing.
No it does not. It is using an aluminum OEM style gear carrier housing. Only the Weddle racing gear carrier housing as the mounting ears made into it.
If not mistaken Weddle offers the intermediate with and without ears. It's a no cost option on the Weddle 091.
On the last HP 091 that I built, my customer wanted a racing gear carrier housing without the ears and Weddle did not offer one. That was 3 months ago.
I have a TW one with the ears cut off if you need one.
