I need a 1.5" splined shaft with two pillow block bearings and two hubs to fit the splines. The two hubs will hold the sproket and the brake rotor. The shaft needs to be about 10 inches long with a holw bored in the end that is 1" in diameter so i can cut the center spline out of a honda clutch disc and turn it down so part of it will slide into the one inch hole then be welded to it. Ill post some pics...this is what i need only i want splined instead of key'd and i need it longer so i can put the brake rotor on the shaft also. Any input would be nice....thanx
The picture with the belt drive is what the end closest to the tranny will look like after the splined piece is welded into it. Only i will use a chain drive with two pilow block bearings on either side of the sproket and brake rotor.
