On another note, enemy was kind enough to send me a pic of his timing map for his 2.3. I had remembered advancing mine, at the last st a trip as I had no dead start power. I know I had highlighted 600 rpm to 2000 r0m and 20 kpa to 90 kpa and advanced it 5*. Didnt make a difference and I now know a lot of that was an improperly timed cam along with a glitch in pcm and a brand new failing fuel pump. The crazy thing is that 75% of my ignorance map was different then enemy's. Basically in 110 kpa, 3k rpm to 6500 rpm we matched but every where else mine was either advanced 1 to 5* or in a few case retarded 2 to 4*. That map came in the start up guide that came with the ecu. Hopefully between the cam set right and ign map adjusted that might ease up on my manifold.
