I've never weighed them but I'd guess approx 15 pounds each.

Weighed 1/2 of the roof mold that is about twice as thick as finished part will be. 28 pounds. ;D ;D ;D With windshield and wiper motor/arms/linkage I think about 40 pounds total should be about right.

Well,I have a mold. All waxed and ready for 3 mist coats of PVA.      Think I'll lay the glass Saturday.      Pull the part and lay up a second one Sunday. This SOB has been a PITA.    Long story short,have you ever had a mentor that never steered you wrong until that ONE time?  eyes I've NEVER before foregone the PVA on a new mold but my never steered me wrong mentor for the last 25 years convinced me that I should skip it with the fancy new wax he has. Well,BS. It may work on a plug made from something other than 3# density foam but just suffice it to say that I incurred a bit of extra work. All is well and it will work fine now.

I have a top,ready for primer surfacer then paint later.First will come the cowl trough for the wipers then it's time to start prepping the sides for their turn. They will be a lot easier to do than the top. Hood will be easiest of all. Think it will come last!!!  ;D

Bwahahahaaaaaaa!!!!! Not a chance. Body will be done but chassis needs welding completed ,wiring and brake lines ran and final assembly. Plan is to get it to St.A. this fall after a shake down run or 2 @ LS later this summer.

DAMN!!! I'm TIRED of sanding/shaping but right side panel is almost ready to lay up mold. Should be ready to do that by weekend-maybe sooner depending on tomorrows sand fest..FINALLY!!! Still have hood to do but will be a piece of cake compared to sides and roof. Only about the square footage as each side or the roof. Now THAT makes me  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
