last couple of days here feels like it's july! can't imagine what it's like down there let alone on the sand!

1 day power washing,3 days of scraping and painting. Concrete work . Tree trimming. Brush haul off. Places look totally different now.

it was dam sure hot at Syracuse sand dunes. all power sight where taken. 98 on Friday and 95 on Saturday. Sounds like the new place is coming right along.

Carl,+20,is more like it.  Yup,Dave,it looks totally different now. Still more to do tho. On a side note,gas drilling rigs are coming back.That should help the dying town out a bit.
