Hot an no rain is what I'm seeing now... It will change in a day... Either we will get rain, or it will break 100... Either way... I'm prepared to not let it ruin this trip. Not like fall about 6 years ago right Brian? That was a soggy trip with my weird neighbor.  5:

Got the Gear Vendor/Jeffco back in the car. Yippee.
New gears, new bearings, new seals...bla bla bla..

Found that I lost a dirt cap on one of the axles and filled it full of all kinds of fun stuff. Got it cleaned up and found one of the splines lost its Teflon condom. Still a nice tight slip-fit like when they were new so getting that back together and loaded up today after finding an exhaust leak..
What the EFF is it with Busa's and doing strange shit when left unattended? All was well with the engine when I parked it last I swear >:(

i see a cam sensor in that pic........there is no excuse for the internals of that box at this point but there was enough flex at some point to allow those gears to move out of mesh and shear those teeth like that. straight cut wouldn't have done that.

We are in central Arkansas. Gonna spend day rootin around hot springs and take a hot bath. Suppose to be like place out by st a that was too damn packed to get into. We will prob roll in mom afternoon ESP if Doug can check my spot #634 for trespassing. Reservations not til tue

We are just making an adventure out of trip out. Woohoo

I certainly wish Donny a quick and painless recovery! I do know the situation all to well unfortunately and hope it goes better for him as it did for me. I hear that collar bones recover better than shoulders. Send him my best enemy! He is young and in good shape so I hope he can bounce right back. Trips are becoming as if they would not be the same if he were not there. I have pics and video if Donny wants any for his personal records... I will not post that here without his direct consent.
