Well ,there ya go.Words from a person that knows. bb:
"There can be no divided allegiance here.  Any man who says he is an American,
but something else also, isn't an American at all.  We have room for but one
flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is
the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a
loyalty to the American people."
Theodore Roosevelt 1907

I need one of those.

What kind of material did you build that out of? Looks like 2x4 and 2x2? Or is it bigger? How thick?

We mig 2" to 12" sch 40 steel all day at work and many joints in position. If you want some practice there you go. We burn 1-4 30lb rolls in a week depending on how fast we go just on one machine. Many home fab guys are still using that 30lb roll they got 5 years ago. It is possible to weld clean on the bottow it just takes practice as Yoshi said.

Main rails are 6x2x.250. center spine is 4x2x.250. cross rails are 2x2x.250. It also rotates approx 270*. Makes welding SOOOO much easier! I highly recommend a rotisserie table! I tack all tubes in place and then begin welding the entire chassis. A little bit here and a little bit there and some over there.Just keep moving around the chassis. I find doing that with the rotisserie is very simple and when unclamping the chassis from it the chassis will sit in full contact with it at all points.Close enough for me!

Not at the moment and I'm going back to the dunes till Monday.I'll try to get a couple more pics then for you.The table measures 4'x16'.  I NEVER have to stand on my head anymore to weld.LOL!!!! By far the best thing I have done to simplify cage building. I LOVE tho open spaces.

Great lookin welds Twisted. I bought a new lincoln mig a few weeks ago and it took me a little while to get used to (lots of new shit to grind down on the buggy now), but definately way better than my old century. Keep the pics coming. ;D I still haven't broke out the new spool gun but if you have any pics of welds with one, post them so I have something to compare mine to when I do use it. (soon hopefully)
