Title: Safeglo Whips

Picked up one of the fiber optic whips from Safeglo Whips back in March.  This thing really lit up the night sky.  So much in fact that I wanted a 2nd to start my version of the next Star Wars movie.   wrong forum
So I get to LS and the light quits working on the 2nd eve.  What, piece of #$%!!  So I check all the wires, nothing.  Fast forward 5 months start doing some checking.  Hey 6 month warranty.  Shot an email.  They tell me just send the electrical part at bottom, we don't need whole whip.  Send on Wed and Fri get email saying my part was on way and should have Mon.

I am happy with product/price at least for that 1st week it worked, but I truly admire someone who stands behind there product.  Warranty doesn't mean crap if I gotta jump thru all kinds of crap just to be told "I'm sorry" that's not covered.  I will update this after I get the part with a photo.

Just wanted to give a thumbs up!!

Yes, I recommend.

Is that one of the ones that you can change the bulb in the base for different colors?  I Will be looking at new ones next week at the SSSS. Mine are starting to lose a light or two. They have held up pretty good and I like the fact that they are bright even in the day time.  Some don't show up at all in the sunlight.

Well, they rushed the parts back to me.  Outstanding, only 5 days from when I shipped, new parts back at my door.  Well packaged and complete with new heat shrink.

What length is that whip? Is there a certain length in the dunes?
