The spacer fit perfect, you do GREAT WORK, THANK YOU.

The gas tank strapes are made out of 1/2 by 1/8 flat. Pounded round with a 3 lbs sledge hammer and a vise.

Got some time to work today, got the rad mounts fully welded, the tank fully welded. And even had time to do some nightmare wire elimination. MAN I HATE WIRING ISSUES. Looks like i will even get some time tomorrow. ;D ;D

I am going to install two electric water temp senders, one as close to the exit of the head as possible and the other as close to in side of the head as possible.

The instructions say use 18-20 gauge wire (i am useing 14 because that is what i have). There is nothing saying what amp fuse to use? What is your thoughts?

Should i use telfon tape or some other type of sealant on the threads of the sender?

I am so happy  got some time tonight to do some buggy  work. Got part of the dash tacked in, power switch wired, fuel switch wired, start button wired and they all work. The round fuel tank hooked up and not leaking (yet :D).  The 2 water temp switches partly wired up. I am hopeing to get some more time tomorrow to finish the gauges and fire the motor up. I will try to take some pic tomorrow
