level?

so im in the process of mounting my 2003 gsxr 600... do i make the oilpan level? (thats what i thought)  or how does it need to be.  pictures of the engine in the bike, it looks tilted to the front....

A few degrees tilt fore/aft is of no concern. I'd keep it +- 5 degrees or so myself. Just my opinion though.

 I always try to get as close to having the brand name level as possible. I'm not sure if the pan is the same or not an all bikes, at least the name is ALWAYS level in the bike. Fabr is right though  +/-5* shouldn't be a worry.

this one doesnt have a name on the covers lol.   but i assumed to keep the pan level.. just in pictures looks leaned way forward

Fuel injected or carbed? If carbed the level of the carbs will match the oil pan properly level. Make sure the carbs are level where it counts (float bowl).

A 2003 coud be either I guess.

just a thought, don't have any help what so ever :-\, but i was thinking it might be tilting forward in the picture cause it lacks a rider to level it out? :t
