Post by: fabr on February 27, 2020, 07:41:11 PM
I had never heard of this stuff. Ran across it on the C&R Radiator site. This stuff is cool as all get out. They call it temporary . The vid shows why. Only available from Conklin dealers .

Not that reviews are all that believable but, they are pretty damn good. All other types of this crap have a pretty poor reputation for good reason. From what it looks like this is one of those well kept secrets. I couldn't find one negative posting on it other than a couple that was obvious it wasn't used according to directions.

I'll let you know how it works. I have 2 lift trucks that will lose a quart or so every 2 months. I'm giving this stuff a try in them. Since it won't clog/make unrepairable like most I figure it's worth a try.

MLS(multi layer steel) head gaskets are notorious for seeping coolant between layers or if the surface finish isn't smooth enough also so I'm going to run it in the big buggy as well. Can't hurt.
