I'm not replacing them due to failure, I'm swapping to cv's to save cost.   I initially started running u-joint axles cause I needed over 35 degrees angle, I redesigned the rail to require less angle so I can now use cv's.  I use to build 10 sets of u-joint axles at a time to get the best price and I was still spending more than I can buy one full set of cv's and axles, so they are cheaper and I don't need to inventory u-joint axles. I was also spending well over an hour of my own time to assemble and paint the u-joint axles after they were machined, I just bolt up the cv setup.....

Thank ya much.  I have to redesign the back to make room for a different powerplant that is too wide for trailing arms, so after I get it done, I will prob. just make it standard since it will cut down on the unsprung weight and build time.  I'll also be building it outta 1.5" tubing and adding additional bracing for the customers specs, should be a bitchen little setup.........

How do you ever make money redesigning every 3 or 4 pieces?
