Putting a picture in your Sig line

Yummi

How do you do that?

If I believe I cannot do something it makes me incapable of doing it. But when I believe that I can, then I acquire the ability to do it , even if I didn't have it at the beginning.

The picture in mine is hosted at photo bucket - most photo hosting sites will allow you to hot link from them to draw the image from another site.  Look for the code that starts with "img."

Your signature would be like this then:

Code: [Select]
***********************************

If I believe I cannot do something it makes me incapable of doing it. But when I believe that I can, then I acquire the ability to do it , even if I didn't have it at the beginning.

And would be viewed as this:

The only thing to ask would be that the pictures be fairly small - we don't want massive signature lines to clutter up the place. That is - be respectful of the space - say a 150p height limit?

If you need help resizing the picture to fit, let me know - also most photo hosting sites have a re size feature - set height to 150 and "constrain" so the ratio works out right.

BTW - feel free to use my car in your sig - it is a good looking car.......

Will It's started.  Here are some shots of the install.  Did get air in the shop yesterday so it  ain't so bad there now.  I'll get a install thread started.

Externally referenced images slow down page rendering so it is better if the image is uploaded to DTS. This can be done by attaching it to one post then getting the link to it. After you resize the image to a reasonable size, upload to here: http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/imageoptimizer/index.php and save off the smallest file it produces that looks good.
