a friend of mine and a few guys made a trip to killpecker dunes in rocksprings wyoming june '09.

another video of some night ride through the trails with some very low branch's.

and the last video he sent me. in one of the video's he very briefly looks over the edge and you can see just how steep the dune is. jeremy also told me that his gps read 7000 ft above sea level on top of the biggest dune and from the bottom to the top read 200ft.

So ,pro's and con's? You guys know I've been wanting to go there but so far have been talked out of it. Would they go back and how does it compare to other places. Looks like they had the place pretty much to themselves. I like that. Is it still about 40 or 50 thousand acres?

well those guys said they were planning on going back this june but have pushed that date back to the second week of aug to go with the rest of us. we are planning on stopping for the day mabey 2 on the way to st anthony's. jeremy did say they had built a new concrete bathroom but no water or electicity anywhere! 45 min drive down a county rd to get there. as far as I know it's 30k acres but you can only ride on 10k.
