Hi Guys when I push the buggy, not driving yet, the CV's make a "clicking" noise when I turn. If it is going straight it is fine. I would really appreciate some help here.
-
What cv and what angle are they running at?
-
930 cv , what is the max angle? when running straight there is no noise, but starts to click when turning.
-
Stock, you are pushing them at 25*. But if running a spool you will get some click when turning at lower angles than that.
-
Did you clock the CV's? I have never had to in my VW days but have heard it will help with this clicking.
-
It can at big angle help out.
-
Also (and correct me if I am wrong) you need to face the CV's a certain way?
The Parts of the CV must all be facing the right way and if installed wrong as the CV is assembled and THEN if the CV is not facing the right way when its bolted to the flange it can cause issues like this?
For some reason I cannot get it out of my head that I have read that.

Yes there is an in and out side. There's a sticky on this somewhere.
