yep!  it didn't bend it so bad that I couldn't steer but enough that it made it stiff to turn right even my daughter said noticed while just sitting in the rail turning the wheel!

How far did it bent? 1/16" ?

I didn't take it out and measure but just pushing it all the way to one side I can see it with my eye and/or a straight edge.
