Talked to David Birmingham last night and he is ordering up a new OutFront motor to put in his car.  Said he is going to try and make it if he can find a truck camper to buy.  YOYO just sold a nice little pop up truck bed camper that I sold him a few years back.  Told him he would be sorry he did, he is.  Dan and Shirley (Sand VW)  is driving up and going to motel it but come out and ride and have supper with us a couple of nights. There will be a couple from Garden City Kansas there as well.  He drives a Subaru car and his wife has a little VW manix car.  So should be a big line in the dunes this year.

Bryan and Denise mentioned having a big community dinner one night.  So every one with a BBQ lets fire them up one night and every one bring what main coarse and drinks you want to BBQ and a side dish and we'll BBQ and pig out.  This way no one has to furnish all the meat but it will be a community get together in one camp.  John will be in charge of doing veg's on the salt block  ;D. I carry a small BBQ that will cook six burgers or a couple of steaks.  I think Wes will have room for a big BBQ in that rig of his for sure 8).  I will mix up a couple of freezer's of ice cream, Chocolate chip and vanilla, and I bet Carl will have a freezer too of Georgia peach.

Damn Jon made me buy some salt blocks too. Fired up some veggies and steaks last night. Not bad for my first time. Lol

I always carry a small grill but will try to remember to load up the bigger one.Big enough for 6 steaks or about 10 burgers at a time.Personally,I'm fine with just a really good burger,potato salad,slaw,chips. I'm not much of a gourmet.................

well i guy i kinda know from around garden city is also coming up with his turbo air cooled and his buddy with his suby rail. also jersdunz said he is going to make an apperance and maybe a guy from billings montana might stop in. sand racer you sure you can't make it? i invited a couple guys from omaha area so we'll see but i doubt it. one has kids and he said they go back to school that week. i am going to bring my small smoker like enemy's and i am sure my wife will make cheesy hashbrowns again.
