you could definatly send a old worn one for me to go off of. The cheaper route would be solid and with a steel solid sprocket there would not be much reason to change it out often as I think it would be alot more reliable. I can do split type also but everything is at a cost. If it was non split I could make it a lighter cut out design too.

And the more I do in one shot the cheaper we can make them! Keep me posted on how you want to go.

Hey Doug &Robndeb I have a short sand car 930 CV cup I can send you to make the pattern so your not trying to work from a cut in haft worn sprocket.

Are the CV cup's 6 bolt holes the same pattern of the sprocket mount flange's 6 bolt holes?

Cant tell by the picture but it looks close. If it is I stock the Spade sprocket that I can drill that pattern into anyway without any mods. That bolt pattern looks like it would fit into my stock 60 no matter what it is. I can also bore it out larger if need be. All that at the regular 60 tooth sprocket cost if thats the size you want. I also have the 72 that will fit. Looks like a 60 would work fine. Its not split but split sprockets custom made will carry a heavier price tag.

That 60 tooth Spade sprocket looks ideal.
