LS Spring Gathering May 6-12/2013

Time has come once again!  And I know that I work best with a deadline.  rofl  Putting this up to see if we can get a date worked out that all can join in on the fun. 

Right now looks like 2nd week of MAY 6-10th  Hows that look?

Some people from here were going to go March 23 or so. Doesn't matter to me tho. Hope to make several runs to LS this year. I'm game for whatever so long as the forecast is not for cold and rain. LOL!!!

I wouldn't even begin to suggest a March time for us in the least. Too far for most to take any weather chances.Didn't we try that a couple of times? May-June should be beautiful.

well dunebound69 starts his next round of treatment the week after may 6 thru the 12 and he would like to go since he missed all of last year. I will probably leave wens night after work and head down myself.

Yep I strart another round of chemo on May 14th. I know from expierence that I DO NOT go anywhere the week of chemo nor the week after. So I am in for the 6 to 10th. Thinking I am going down on Tuesday and heading back Saturday. That way I can get my stuff put away before the next round.

FIY I started a caring bridge page. Go to www.caringbridge.com, search for scottgabel. Updates and some background info is posted/will be posted on there.

That should work gtreat.  Kids are back in school here that week but aslong as no final exams Candice can miss a few days.  Think we are aiming to arrive Wed. And gonna do my best to have my stuff ride ready upon arrival this time.  rofl

BTW, snake hunt is 2nd week of April.

Going to make a day trip In April.  19th one day. Will try and make in May with you all.  Need to get the car all tore down cleaned up and the new fuel cell done before any big dune trips.
