Syrahole KS eh?  There is some sand in Kansas that I don't know about......  It's at Syracuse KS?  That is just as far as LS for me, and Fabr to.  How did you end up there?

I don't recall but I think it's closer to 7 hours for me.Not worth the drive for sure!!!

I liked the write up..... I forgot reading it before.  Seriously, If you forget about the Bad food and Roach Motel, it looked like there were some dunes......

NOPE,sand piles not dunes. Seriously ,without getting carried away the "dunes" are pretty much non-existant. There was one larger pile but that was at one corner and from my understanding is now closed due to migrating sand that is now not controlled by the sagebrush overgrowth. About 1/2 of the place is flat and sagebrush covered. Another 30'I think it is is also closed around the perimetar of the dunes also. All in all it's a pretty disappointing drive.LS ,Ok is far ,far better. Now if you want DESERT type terrain then you'll likely like Syracuse.  Total acerage is larger at LS also. I'm not wasting my time going back to Syracuse unless I need to test out a desert setup.
