inches of clearance on the tight side..  the major clearance issue is the passenger side frame rail becuase its real close, even if using a single belt pulley/balancer combo all in one deal.

nope..  well most guys that dont make their own headers, use shorty sanderson block huggers.. BUT.. it seems they all complain of the centers rotting out..  seems like the only for sure deal is to keep using my cast iron ramhorm manifolds that i needed to use with the nova.  but well see how it goes.. maybe a set of quality stainless headers will be in order.

hey transman.... i need a 5speed from the 3.1 V6 92-94 Cavalier... 

can you help me?

or  2000-2002 5speed cavalier trans will also be good, the getrag f23 came on the 2.2L 4cylinders..
