That's cool as hell.  Most have screen on intake for larger debris, sand and small rock go right the jet pump.

Around here one gulp of sand and small rocks destroy pumps almost immediately.2-3 times and it's an expensive rebuild.

nothing can keep the crap out and expensive and time consuming to rebuild but now stock doesn't come with stainless sleeves and stainless impellers or atleast not on most but these are expensive very expensive models and I bet the come stock with them.  I have not run mine down the river but did catch air with the wife on board! she won't get in the boat if the water looks choppy again cause she didn't think that was fun like I did  LMAO hell I wanted to try that again on the next big one  LMAO LMAO   she chewed my butt for a bit but hey she couldn't get out!  ;D    I only got maybe 10 to 12" of air unlike the guys in the video's and I believe that all took place in Alaska?  did you see the 6" deep stream they start up in the ladder part of the video?
