Literally blue it-again I can't seem to get away from blue cars and black trucks. Not as purty as Doug's show car buggy but it's good enough for me.
-
are you saying you blue the engine again? how????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D ;) looks like twins
-
The body panels came out great. Is it going to get some sand blasting on it soon?

Depends when I can get it on the dyno. DS,engine is fine.
-
i always have liked the look of the full bodies.
-
I like windshields.

My first thought, like DS was that you blow the motor. I like the blue myself. I may be bias. both my sand car and rock crawler are blue. the paint looks like it went on good. how did the console end up looking. Hands down air conditioning makes your car better then Doug's show car. :m :m :m

Welllll, there's blue and then there's blew. I like blue better. :m I knew some of you would jump to conclusions. LMAO That's why I titled the thread that way. ;) ;D ;D Actually the paint is crap. Long story but it will be redone this winter. Looks OK if you don't look real close. I am by no means happy with it.

I have been looking for the blue that would make me happy. Had lots of toys and race cars in various shades of blue. None really ever were "right". I finally found the perfect one,IMO. I have been looking at almost every blue car I see on the road,in car lots, freeking everywhere. Seems I have been driving past the "perfect " one for the last 2-3 years but just didn't pay attention to it. It's a 2000 Dodge Dakota factory color. Intense Blue Pearl. I love it. It will be my color from now on. But did it really have to be a damn Dodge color ??? ??? 5:
-
LMAO fast will be happy :nw
-
:swig:

Man, I am a huge fan of the early Dodge blues. Well done!!

Ya,it really pops in the sun for sure. It was cloudy when I took the pics.

Damn that looks purdy! Cant wait to see the tank in a couple weeks!
Good from afar, but far from good? I always liked that blue, painted on many a Mopars over the years. Take a look at Chrysler/Fiat paint code "PBJ"
It is the new "Intense Blue". Sprayed it with BASF 90 line waterborn paint, and damn it is VERY vivid blue. I have a new favorite now.

Very, very true. Most can be corrected but I don't have the time right now. PBJ is the code I used. I love the color. BTW,stay back 20 feet to inspect. Any closer and I will have to kill. :m
