dueces wild camp sites .

a buddy of mine has one of the camp sites that dueces is selling. he sent me a video of it. it is a large one that was big enough to fit his rv and buddy's fiver as well a goosneck and a 20' ez up canopy with room to spare! didn't realize they opened a third tier above there house.

Yes third tier but wit how everything washes away there ,especially the roads up to the upper level.I'd shy away from the upper level  for sure. Just my .02.

well i guess i haven't been up there and looked in the daylight cause that's the first i have seen that .  i assume that was just recent and i'm not looking to purchase a site.....my friend joe did.  i think there charging $16k per and looks to be nice large sites but damn you would have to use it a lot to make it worth it. he is going to have a single wide trailer brought in and build a garage to store his rail and sxs there. i have to wonder how safe toys are left there. also i see the video's finally embedded i wonder what was going on when i tried earlier hmm

  You can't spell. You had a  .  between tu and be.   tu.be wasn't cutting it.

 I think the toys would be relatively safe but I wouldn't do it. 

16,000/30 would be 533 days not counting taxes and such added to that 16K. Cheaper to rent but owning means you always have a spot no matter what. I'd thought about it a few years ago(was a lot less then as well) and decided to pass.

well i copied and pasted the address so wasn't my spelling lol.......talked to him tonight and he said only a few left and those are $12k but ya you would have to spend a lot of time there to make it worth it like you spelled out. even if 2 went in on 1 site still doesn't pay
