No idea. I'm taking at least 55 gals and a full 27 gallon tank e85 at least. Maybe more. My car is thirsty.

Does anyone know if they still have 110 fuel available up there.  It used to be a self serv place?

Dammit I wish I could make this one! But, family does come first and I have my elders to help along to their next "home" arrangements. Yall better help me over a mountain sized dune at full boost, 6th gear pinned @ 12000 rpm final send if/when I fully loose all my marbles. I don't think I will accept the other alternatives.
You will be missed . You sure you cannot somehow swing it?

How about an update on definite be there people and where staying. So far ,I think, it is me IDRV/grant Egin/Mitch Egin/Jerry ??/

I can confirm that Jerry is staying at Idaho Dunes RV. Along with Mark Ekes from Illinois (Jerry's friend who lives in Yuma half the year).
Brian J and Craig S will also be staying in Egin (Newton and Hillsboro friends).

This is going to be one heck of a trip!

Been 5 years , maybe, since I was there last.  There was no utv invasion back then lol.  I remember Glenn said the rule book said we needed the permits and he also said they went out of their way trying buy them. They gave up and ran with out. We never bought them for either 1 week trip. Now, the one trip, the sheriff sat and chatted by the lake. He was there 30 mins and never once asked or mentioned them.  Douggy invited back to camp. Not sure why, but the sheriff did stop by and said hi. Nice guy, but still don't know why douggy invited him back to camp.

Eyes?

We are currently in uncharted waters in regard to my rt eye. Not a bad thing on anyway, just requires closer monitoring. Honestly, i can live with this and I would just fine if it locks in a stays this way. Not ideal but better then Injections.  Next visit is 6 weeks and expecting a shot. Hoping planning for the worst and praying for the best works   :m

So not only is that always a concern, so much so we have the name of my surgeons college in ft worth Texas. In case there is an issue while visiting the children.

Also have some family ranch complications. As some know my mother and younger brother passed away a few years ago.  My mothers family ranch shares passed down to myself as well as my 2 nephews ( younger brothers sons).  My mother was one of 9, so 9 share holders plus grandma. Grandma (95) passed recently. The family ranch is supposed to remain i. The blood line for generations. My great great grand fathers family home steaded the original parcel.  Now that grandma passed, I have some family that want the out and paid.  Very very disappointed in a few. Hopefully in 2 weeks or so we can meet in order to sign the papers, pay them and officially cut them out. Was hoping last week and last month. All of that is an even longer story and a boring one. Those two reasons, plus all the added responsibilities and 9 hr round trip drive to the ranch and we have our 5 year grandson for the month. No proven rail either. Dont think I will make the trip this year.
